Sometimes it’s not even about who is right or wrong but simply understanding our energy with others is not always aligned on the same vibe.
Take nothing personal because what is within others is what they give; good, bad, messy, joy, confusion, etc.
We all live within the concept of our truth, so when others attempt to characterize who we are or vice versa, understand that sometimes the truth has been altered by the emotional perspective and not grounded reality.
During times of misalignment, we can choose to own up to our current emotional state or have the discernment to recognize the energy and words we are receiving aren’t about us but is the projected emotional state of the people we engage.
