Reflection:
The lessons we learn come with many emotions that cause us discomfort and sometimes real physical pain. These heavy emotions show us the misalignments within and where we need to make adjustments with our choices. As challenging and simply frustrating it is to have emotional pain, it is the signal, indicator, and jolt required to know that the experiences we have are here to teach us.
Affirmation:
My lessons are not here to intentionally cause me pain but exist to pull me closer to my true self, guide me to love myself more, and evolve to create the life and vision I see for myself.
