Trust in our relationships allows us to feel loved, safe, understood, seen, and heard.
Broken trust from those we are closest too, compounds and triggers our emotional traumas from our past experiences. Know that those that break those bonds of love and respect are responsible for rebuilding.
Also, know we deserve and can have trusting relationships despite the past. Most importantly, our sense of self-worth, self-love, and faith does not decrease in value because of the behavior of others. Remember who you are to maintain emotional stability, self-worth, and self-love and have the courage to call out the betrayals or accept and forgive to rebuild the relationship or choose to love ourselves more and close that chapter.
