Our emotional state all ends and begins with ourselves. At the same time, others can not give what they don’t have within. Know that at our core, we are whole, worthy, and loved. Know that although our hearts may get broken, that experience has the potential to teach us more about ourselves. Most important, these experiences teach us how we want others and ourselves to show up in our relationships.
