We are all simultaneously works in progress and perfection. We make mistakes, we learn, and we grow.
There will always be a cause and effect to what we think, say, and do - our thoughts, words, and actions impact and can permanently change our relationships as we can’t take back what we say or how we make others feel.
Acceptance, having compassion, and forgiving ourselves is the only authentic way for us to evolve and rebuild our relationships. There will also be times when we have to accept the consequences of our words and actions to proceed forward, let go and take our lessons from the past to create new relationships built on our growth and need for positive change.
