Past experiences, childhood programming, and those with which we engage influence our perspectives and how we choose to respond or react in our relationships.
What we need to be aware of is how our perspectives can either support or suppress the freedom of our minds, spirit, thoughts, and words.
Self-awareness opens the gateway to discern if our perspectives are of the present moment or reflect the past. This difference holds the key in how we take control of the direction of our life and the courage to align with our highest self independent of emotional weight.
Allow others to create their narrative and believe what they choose, knowing that we also have the choice to let them think whatever while we decide to keep growing and evolving to get better.
