Creating the life we want for ourselves begins with our intentions, thoughts, and beliefs.
No one can claim ownership of our lives but ourselves. We give away our power and love of self when we allow the beliefs, words, and actions of others to determine who we are and how we should be.
Everything begins and ends with ourselves. Healing, creating healthy relationships, and the attributes we wish we had in our daily interactions are only achievable by being examples of these virtues and beliefs ourselves.
Waiting on others to show up for us in the ways we wish to have in our relationships is counterproductive, hopeless, and lacks our intentions, actions, and energy needed for change.
The life of our dreams lives in the change we need to believe, initiate, activate and realize.
