The thoughts we give to our mental energy expand.
Understanding that our thoughts are connected to our feelings/emotions is critical to protecting and managing the well-being of our mind, body, and spirit.
Check in with how you feel and what’s lingering in your mind. As a healing practice of forgiveness, it’s important we accept, process, and ultimately release - all ranges of emotions our life experiences give us.
Be mindful that our emotions and thoughts - good or bad - can dominate our actions and energy.
Remember to give the present moment “space” and our attention. Be a witness to the signs and manifestations of the inner visions held and continue to hold in our hearts.
