Too often, we abandon ourselves while trying to repair relationships; people please and overcompensate in the hopes of receiving approval from others.
While we should strive to embody our values and beliefs through our daily words and action’s we must remember to provide ourselves the same level of energy and effort as we do for others.
No one can give what they don’t have within. Not replenishing ourselves will lead to the self-destruction of our mind, body, and spirit. Our humanness is equal, and there is no one more worthy of love, honor, forgiveness, and respect than ourselves.
